1. Plain English First

We're building to1 to help people build better software, faster. This isn’t complicated: Use to1 responsibly. Don’t abuse it. Don’t try to break it. Don’t use it to do anything illegal or shady.

2. Accounts & Access

You’re responsible for your account. If someone accesses your account, that’s on you. Please don’t share accounts unless you’re working together and it makes sense to do so.

We reserve the right to suspend or remove access if you violate these terms or misuse the platform.

3. Your Work Stays Yours

Anything you create using to1 — wireframes, specs, designs, code scaffolds, whatever — belongs to you. We don’t claim ownership over your work.

What we own: the platform, the software, the designs, and the content we’ve created to make to1 work. Don’t try to resell or repurpose to1 itself.

4. Beta / Early Access Warning

If you’re here early (thanks!), please know: Things might break. Features might change. We’re iterating. There are no guarantees other than we’re trying to make this great.

Use common sense, and don’t bet your company’s future on a beta product.

5. No Liability, Seriously

We can’t guarantee uptime, outcomes, or success. We try our best, but if something breaks or you lose time or money using to1, we’re not liable for it.

Use this product at your own risk. That’s just how this works.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to stop offering to1, modify features, or suspend accounts if necessary — especially if you’re violating these terms or causing problems.

You can stop using to1 anytime. We won’t take it personally.

7. Privacy

We care about your privacy. Check out our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data. Short version: we don’t sell your data. Ever.

8 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Hyderabad. If we ever end up in court (please let’s not), that’s where it’ll happen.

9 Changes

We might update these terms as to1 evolves. If we do, we’ll let you know. If you keep using to1 after changes, that means you’re cool with the updates.
